HOW TO SEND A SAMPLE

1. SAMPLE: In a padded envelope simply enclose a sample, the size and thickness of a dime or the equivalent of your favorite discontinued lip color, eye shadow, concealer, brow powder, blush or face powder in a plastic baggie or small jar (DO NOT swatch the shade on paper - it will change the color) OR enclose your tube/compact in a PADDED ENVELOPE or small box. Your tube/compact will be returned to you with your match. *Please note we do not manufacture pencils.  If you send a sample of a pencil we will match the color and texture in Lipstick Tube or Compact form but NOT in a pencil.

2. POST: Mail it to us at PO BOX 983, PROVINCETOWN, MA. 02657.  Be sure to include all of your contact info with your sample: shipping address, telephone number and email address.

3. PAYMENT: If you would like to pay online to build your order history please click here to select the number of tubes/compacts/wands and RUSH manufacturing options.  The minimum order is always 2 pieces of the same shade.  If you are sending more than one item to be matched be sure to increase the quantity in your Shopping Cart and not on the product page.

4. PRICE: If you would like to mail a check please see our PRICE LIST here. 

5. PROCESS: We will analyze your shade for color, texture, overtone, undertone and coverage and create a formula that remains in our permanent files! If there is anything you would like changed about your color, i.e. if you would like a gloss instead of a matte or if you would like shimmer added, please let us know otherwise our formulation will be as close as possible to your original.

The lead time for Custom Made products is usually 2.5-5 weeks.  We will email you with tracking info as soon as the order ships. RUSH MANUFACTURING is also available.  Lead time is reduced to 2-3 business days - $25.00
