We accept returns for Ready to Wear items that are unused within 10 days of receipt. Custom Blended items ordered from the Archives without sending a sample are final sale. If you have provided a sample we guarantee the match and are happy to either adjust the shade or refund your purchase price (we do not refund shipping costs).
Shipping is a flat rate: $5.00 Standard US Mail, $8.50 for US Priority Mail, $18.00 for UPS Ground or $25.00 for FedEx Express Saver 3 Day Service (within the contiguous 48 States) - $23.00 International/Overseas shipping via US Parcel Post ($15.00 to Canada) - Your governing authority may impose local Customs and/or Postal Charges including Import Duty, Excise Duty, VAT and Clearance Fees which are not included in our price. Please check with your Post Office or carrier of choice for details. Massachusetts Residents must add 6.25% Sales Tax to product total before adding shipping.

During the manufacture of any cosmetic there can be differences from batch to batch. They can be produced in different factories in different countries over the course of multiple years. Larger companies can also recycle color names so the "Naked Pink" you purchased 20 years ago may be different from the "Naked Pink" that was being produced 10 years ago. Our archives are made up of samples sent to us by you, our wonderful customers, and we have no way of knowing where the sample was purchased or in what year.
